Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Dexlift ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Dexlift website, Telegram bot, and all related tools, software, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using Dexlift—whether via the website or Telegram bot interface—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of all Dexlift services.

1. Definitions

  • "Service" refers to the Dexlift website, Telegram bot, and all associated tools, features, and functionalities.

  • "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.

  • "Restricted Person" refers to any individual or entity located in, incorporated in, or affiliated with a Restricted Jurisdiction.

  • "Restricted Jurisdiction" refers to any country or region where use of the Service is prohibited under these Terms or applicable law.

  • "Package" refers to any predefined service offering with specified parameters, pricing, and estimated outcomes.

2. Eligibility

Age Requirement You must be at least 18 years of age to use Dexlift. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

Restricted Jurisdictions The Service is not available to individuals or entities located in, incorporated in, or affiliated with any jurisdiction subject to sanctions or restrictions under applicable law. Restricted Jurisdictions include, but are not limited to:

  • United States of America

  • United Kingdom

  • European Union member states

  • Algeria, Belarus, Bolivia, Crimea, Cuba, Donetsk, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Libya, Luhansk, Mali, Myanmar (Burma), Nepal, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe

This list extends to any other jurisdiction where sanctions, embargoes, or cryptocurrency restrictions are in effect.

Prohibited Circumvention The use of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or any other method to bypass geographic or legal restrictions is strictly prohibited. By using the Service, you confirm that:

  • You are not a Restricted Person

  • You are not accessing the Service from a Restricted Jurisdiction

  • You are not acting on behalf of any Restricted Person or entity

  • You will not attempt to circumvent these restrictions

If you access the Service from a Restricted Jurisdiction or on behalf of a party located in one, you assume full and sole responsibility for your actions and any resulting consequences.

3. Nature of the Service

Service Description Dexlift is a self-served Telegram trading simulation bot designed to simulate market activity within supported blockchain environments. The Service includes:

  • Volume simulation tools

  • Maker activity simulation

  • Holder distribution simulation

  • DEX reaction delivery

  • Guaranteed trending placement services

  • Bump bot functionality

  • Related automation features

Supported Chains Dexlift currently supports Solana, BNB Chain, and Ethereum.

Not Financial Services The Service is informational and operational in nature. Dexlift:

  • Does not constitute investment advice, financial guidance, or trading recommendations

  • Does not provide trading signals or market analysis

  • Does not solicit engagement in any trading or investment activity

  • Does not facilitate actual trading or custody of user funds

  • Does not guarantee any results, performance, outcomes, or uptime

  • Cannot be connected to centralized exchanges, custodial platforms, or systems involving public investor funds

Users are solely responsible for how they configure and use the tools provided and for any outcomes resulting from such use.

4. Intended Use and Restrictions

Permitted Use Dexlift is intended solely for testing and development purposes. Permitted uses include:

  • Testing token mechanics in controlled environments

  • Simulating trading patterns for development purposes

  • Validating smart contract behavior before deployment

  • Evaluating on-chain metrics and tokenomics

  • Internal testing within private liquidity pools

Prohibited Use The Service must not be used for:

  • Live or public projects involving real users or financial transactions

  • Mainnet deployments intended for public participation

  • Public token launches or sales

  • Any use case where third parties may be misled about the nature of market activity

  • Any activity that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

  • Market manipulation, fraud, or deceptive practices

  • Interference with the proper functioning of the Service

  • Reverse-engineering, decompiling, copying, or exploiting the Service beyond its intended purpose

  • Harassment, abuse, or harm to other users or third parties

User Responsibility Users are solely responsible for:

  • Clearly informing any audience, collaborators, partners, or third parties about the tool's intended purpose

  • Ensuring deployment does not misrepresent functionality or mislead others

  • Compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws relating to automated trading, financial activity, and cryptocurrency

  • All activity conducted through their account and configurations

  • All legal, financial, and reputational consequences arising from use of the Service

Disclaimer of Liability Any misuse of the Service—whether intentional or unintentional—is entirely the responsibility of the User. Dexlift, its owners, operators, affiliates, creators, distributors, and advertisers expressly disclaim all liability arising from improper, unlawful, unauthorized, or negligent use of the Service.

5. Orders and Payments

Placing Orders Orders are placed through the Telegram bot interface. By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price and authorize us to process your payment.

Payment Methods All payments are processed in cryptocurrency. Each order generates a secure payment process. We never request wallet connections, private keys, or seed phrases.

Pricing Package prices are final and all-inclusive with no hidden fees. Prices are subject to change without notice. Completed purchases are not affected by subsequent price changes.

6. Packages and Delivery

Package Estimates All package calculations are estimates based on standard platform swap fees. Platforms with higher fees will generate proportionally different results from the same package.

Duration Estimates Service durations are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Market conditions

  • Network congestion

  • Token volatility

  • Exchange liquidity

  • Platform performance

  • External factors beyond our control

No Guarantee of Outcomes Dexlift provides estimations only. We do not guarantee and accept no responsibility for:

  • Differences between estimated and actual outcomes

  • Specific volume, maker counts, or holder numbers

  • Token performance, price movements, or market conditions

  • Trending placement duration beyond stated terms

  • Any specific results whatsoever

7. Guaranteed Trending Services

For guaranteed DEX trending packages, Dexlift guarantees confirmed top 10 trending placement on the specified platform. If guaranteed placement is not achieved, a full refund will be issued.

This guarantee applies solely to the trending placement itself. Dexlift does not guarantee:

  • Duration of placement beyond stated terms

  • Any specific trading volume, price action, or token performance

  • Sustained ranking after the service period ends

  • Results on platforms not explicitly included in the order

8. Refund Policy

All payments made for access to or use of Dexlift services are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Dexlift does not offer refunds for partial use, unused time, or dissatisfaction

  • You are responsible for evaluating the Service via free trial before payment

  • Misuse, misconfiguration, or failure to use the Service is not grounds for refund

  • Market conditions or outcomes differing from estimates are not grounds for refund

  • Once tasks are executed or trades are processed, associated funds are considered spent

In rare cases, Dexlift may issue refunds at its sole discretion. Such decisions are final, non-precedential, and create no obligation for future refund eligibility.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, software, code, algorithms, and materials associated with Dexlift are our exclusive property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without express written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you provide (contract addresses, configuration settings) but grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use such content solely for Service delivery.

10. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Damages To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dexlift, its owners, operators, employees, affiliates, creators, distributors, and advertisers shall not be liable for any:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

  • Trading losses or missed opportunities

  • Token performance or market movements

  • Damages arising from unauthorized access to accounts or data

  • Damages arising from third-party platform changes, outages, or policies

  • Any other damages arising from or related to use of the Service

Assumption of Risk Users acknowledge that automated trading simulation involves inherent risks. By using Dexlift, you accept these risks in their entirety.

Maximum Liability In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is less.

Essential Basis You acknowledge that these limitations are a fundamental element of these Terms and that the Service would not be provided without such limitations.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dexlift, its owners, operators, employees, affiliates, creators, distributors, and advertisers from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

  • Your violation of any third-party rights

  • Any third-party claims related to tokens or projects you develop, test, or deploy using the Service

  • Any misrepresentation or misleading conduct in connection with your use of the Service

12. Promotions and Affiliates

Dexlift may include third-party advertisements, affiliate links, or promotional content. Such content does not imply endorsement, warranty, or recommendation by Dexlift.

Affiliates and external partners are solely responsible for their own marketing practices, claims, and communications. Dexlift does not monitor or control affiliate activity and accepts no liability for misleading, inaccurate, or unlawful third-party promotions.

Any transactions, agreements, or disputes between you and affiliates or third parties are strictly your responsibility. Dexlift is not liable for any losses or consequences arising from such interactions.

13. Third-Party Platforms

The Service interacts with third-party platforms including but not limited to Raydium, Pumpfun, PumpSwap, Meteora, Jupiter, LaunchLab, LetsBonk, Dexscreener, Dextools, and Telegram. Dexlift is not responsible for:

  • Third-party platform availability, policies, fees, or changes

  • Actions taken by third-party platforms against your tokens, wallets, or accounts

  • Disputes between you and third-party platforms

  • Compatibility with future platform updates or policy changes

14. Account Termination

Dexlift reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity

  • Access from a Restricted Jurisdiction

  • Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law—shall continue to apply.

15. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation by contacting our support team.

Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law principles.

Class Action Waiver You agree to waive any right to participate in class actions, class-wide arbitration, or representative proceedings.

16. Force Majeure

Dexlift shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural events, government actions, regulatory changes, blockchain network congestion or failures, third-party platform outages, internet service disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, invalid, or illegal, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary. All remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Dexlift.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dexlift regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, or communications, whether written or oral.

20. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Dexlift may assign its rights and obligations without restriction.

21. Modifications

Dexlift reserves the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.
